MAC Office 2008 Word File too large will not open ?

We have a file that we were putting together with many large images and text. It is a large file and after being saved and closed it would not open. We received an error message saying that it was larger than 32 MB and could not be opened. hen i looked under file properties I found it to be over 500 MB! Still I think it should open. Will your sofware help us recover this file? How can we make a large document with hundreds of pages and pictures without causing ths type of error? Thank you

If you are getting file too large error while opening MAC office word 2008 and you are unable to access it then you should try to compress the files. It might happen that after compressing the files you will be able to open them. MAC OS X comes with inbuilt feature of file compression. You can use this feature to compress your files and then try to access them. Just by selecting the compress option by doing right-click on files, you can compress them and hence access them easily.
