Macbook failed when I was installing the OSX 10.5.8 upgrade ?

Hi there - I have a question about the capabilities of your software. Problem: My Macbook failed when I was installing the OSX 10.5.8 upgrade. It now no longer boots up. When I start it I am taken to a gray screen. If I connect it to another Macbook with a Firewire cable and target boot it on the other computer, I am able to \'see\' my failed drive on the other Macbook and see that it has 76GB (of a total of 160GB available), but I am unable to see any of the files on the drive, nor get them off. Question: Will your software resolve this type of problem? If so, how will this work - do you provide a bootable CD/DVD that will allow me to get my failed Macbook booted up and allow me to offload my files to an external drive? Or does this software work in another way?
