Weird Sound Coming From Hard Drive: I need to Fix it ?

I recently purchased a Mac Book with Western Digital hard drive of 500 GB. Unfortunately the laptop dropped from my hand and I think that there is some kind of damage done to the hard drive. It is so because when I am trying to connect the LAN through a cable, I am getting error message that there is some kind of problem and the computer is starting again. When I am starting my computer in the safe mode, weird clicking sound is coming out from the computer. So, I want to know what I should do to get rid of this clicking hard drive problem. Any suggestions will be thankfully acknowledged.
