Seagate 7200.12 is broken: How to access the Files? ?

I have got a Seagate hard drive that I have been using for the past one year or so. Today when I tried to turn it on, I was amazed to find out that the hard drive is broken. The BIOS and the Windows is able to recognize the hard drive but the problem is that Windows is able to see the drive as a size of only 32 MB. The partition table also seems to be gone and the GetDataBack is not able to locate the good partition table. However I got a Save Image by using DiskExplorer for the 32 MB data stored in the hard drive. What should I do now to access to the files from the broken hard drive of Seagate? Could anyone recommend me some software that is able to read the files in the hard drive beyond 32 MB mark? Any suggestions will be thankfully acknowledged.
