If you have just found that you have deleted files from trash and need to recover then stop all the workings on Mac immediately. Then,
- Download and Install Mac Data Recovery software and from the options choose the “Fresh Recovery” option.
- Here you will be asked to select the media from where the files need to be recovered. Here choose the media that is appropriate in your situation i.e. the deleted trash bin.
